The Caterer's new weekly column, penned by some of the brightest lights of hospitality, will provide insights into their success and show how to give your business an edge.
In the first Inside Track column this week, Robin Hutson, founder of the Pig and Lime Wood, explains how his Smoked & Uncut festivals have grown from "a guy with a guitar" in 2010 to headliners Kaiser Chiefs entertaining 4,000 hungry diners in a field.
The four other Inside Track columnists include Temper founder Neil Rankin; Joycelyn Neve, managing director of Seafood Pub Company; Dishoom co-founder Shamil Thakrar and Bartlett Mitchell co-founder Wendy Bartlett. Each week, they will share behind-the-scenes glimpses into their illustrious careers.
Editor of The Caterer Chris Gamm said: "We're delighted to bring readers insights from such prominent operators working across the hospitality industry. Over the coming weeks and months, they will share their expertise on the latest trends, navigating the challenges of the sector and building businesses that stand the test of time."
You can read Robin Hutson's column in the 16 August issue of The Caterer.
