Interstate Europe Hotels & Resorts has taken over the management of the Ramada Encore hotel in Bournemouth.
The third-party management firm has signed a deal to manage the 113-bedroom property.
Nicholas Northam, managing director for the UK at Interstate Europe, said: "Coupled with the hotel's meeting facilities, the property already proves popular with both leisure and corporate guests alike and we're looking forward to building further on this."
Hemang Popat, managing director of Jayhems, which owns the hotel, said: "We are confident that with the capabilities of Interstate Hotels and Wyndham, the Ramada Encore Bournemouth will reach new heights."
This takes Interstate Europe's operational UK portfolio to 71 properties.
