Indian caterer Itihaas signs three-year exclusive deal with Marriott hotel

Itihaas has signed a three-year deal, believed to be worth more than £1m, to become the exclusive Indian caterer to the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club in Warwickshire.

The deal will see Itihaas work with the hotel to provide bespoke catering and event management for a range of occasions, from corporate events to weddings.

“In addition to our event management, we have years of experience catering for Asian events and we’re continually striving for excellence, with innovative dishes that keep customers coming back to us. We are also developing more fusion menus, which are perfect for contemporary weddings, where guests want choice and the happy couples want something that will make their big day stand out. This will now be on offer at Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club too.”
