Incipio is to open a new concept to replace D&D London's Aster at Victoria’s Nova development next month
Incipio – the group behind London venues including the Prince, Pergola Paddington and Lost in Brixton – is to open the Palm House at Victoria’s Nova development next month.
It will replace D&D London’s Aster restaurant, which closed after five years when the group decided the site was not the right location.
The new wet led concept, opening on 22 September, will have space for 400 guests across two floors, and will take inspiration from Cuba and Miami’s iconic Clubhouses of the 1930s, with a roster of DJs and live entertainment throughout the week.
The space will comprise several drinking and dining spaces, with a Miami Clubhouse on the ground floor and an immersive Cuban hangout residing upstairs complete with a daiquiri bar. It will also have two private dining spaces for intimate group gatherings with sharing menus.
The food and drinks menu will have a Miami-style offering with the ingredients and flavours of Cuban classics, accompanied by an extensive drinks offering of tropical cocktails.
The management and senior kitchen team have been recruited internally for the new venue.
