HRC, part of Food, Drink & Hospitality Week, will be including a pizza and pasta section for the first time at its 2025 edition.

The trade show, taking place on 17-19 March at ExCeL London, showcases the latest products, services and innovations for hotels, restaurants and caterers.

The new pizza and pasta section will allow visiting hospitality buyers to explore a range of equipment, ingredients and culinary trends within this sector, alongside live cooking demonstrations and industry-specific networking opportunities.

Stanislava Blagoeva, co-founder of the European Pizza & Pasta Show, will join HRC as an ambassador. She said: “This initiative will bring together key players from across the global pizza and pasta industry — from leading equipment manufacturers and specialist food suppliers to chefs and restaurateurs — fostering innovation and collaboration throughout Europe’s culinary landscape.”

Jo Farish, HRC event manager, added: "Pizza and pasta are cornerstones of the global food industry, and this new section will allow us to showcase innovation, trends and expertise in this vibrant sector.”

Show attendees will also be able to interact with suppliers across the hospitality tech, foodservice, professional kitchen and furniture, interiors and tableware segments.

Food, Drink & Hospitality Week will incorporate the IFE Manufacturing, IFE, the Pub Show and International Salon Culinaire events, as well as HRC.

Future Plate and Burnt Chef Project founders, Julian George and Kris Hall respectively, are among those who have already signed up as HRC show ambassadors, while the exhibition has partnered with the Foodservice Equipment Association (FEA) and catering equipment distributor trade body, ceda.
