Hospitality Action and the Change group to host charity event

Hospitality Action and the Change group charities are to host a Meat vs Fish event tomorrow with a stellar line-up of chefs.

Taking place in Flat Iron Square, London, restaurants such as Hawksmoor, Polpo, Hixter, the Other Naughty Piglet, the Thomas Cubitt, Nutbourne, Zelman Meats, the Wright Brothers, Leap and the Halfmoon (a Fuller's pub) will be showcasing their dishes.

Half of the operators will cook meat dishes while the other will cook fish dishes. All ingredients used will focus on sustainability and British sourced produce.

All proceeds from the event will go to Hospitality Action which offers vital assistance to all who work, or have worked within hospitality in the UK and who find themselves in crisis.
