Peterborough-based service and maintenance supplier Hobart Service has announced it will maintain a full national coverage during the current lockdown in England, made with the support of Hobart Service’s parent company, ITW.
A nationwide team of catering equipment technicians will be on call for repairs and planned maintenance checks, with a secure parts supply chain of £6m in stock. Support staff will be available to take call and support customers with any issues.
The company will prioritise support for healthcare, defence and food supply chain customers.
Keith Mackie, managing director at Hobart Service, said: “We have exceeded expectations during the first phase of lockdown and showcased our commitment to customers and sectors that have needed us the most. We are more committed than ever to exceeding our SLAs and we are confident our operations in place to achieve this, the team have received many messages of thanks and recognition for their previous support. Our lessons from earlier in the year put us in a good position for the next few weeks and the future.”
