Sarah Miller joins Green & Fortune from her role as regional managing director of BaxterStorey
Green & Fortune has appointed Sarah Miller to the newly created position of managing director.
Miller joins from BaxterStorey, where she was regional managing director, looking after a number of key accounts during her twelve years with the caterer.
Her hospitality experience has seen her oversee operations at locations including Glyndebourne Opera House, Somerset House, Leeds Castle and the Royal Albert Hall.
As managing director of Green & Fortune, Miller will lead the executive team and day-to-day running of the business, as well as exploring new revenue streams and opportunities, while also developing its existing operations.

The news comes shortly after the caterer reported “a solid trading year”, with turnover nearly doubling in two years to hit £17.5m in the year ended 31 March 2024.
Gross profit rose from £4m to £5.5m while pre-tax profits rose from £386,616 to £478,867. While EBITDA hit £1.26m, up from £904,206 the previous year.
