Michelin-starred chef Glynn Purnell has partnered with ISS as the firm's new feature chef to promote excellence in food and hospitality.
Purnell will work with ISS on initiatives including the ISS White Collection fine-dining concept, pop-up events, enrichment sessions and new stage work placements.
He will also work with all levels of the ISS talent pool in the Business & Industry catering arena including the ISS Leeds Academy student cohort.
