Four hotels under development by Dominvs Group are set to be Hilton-branded, including the world's first Motto by Hilton.
Over the next three years, real estate and private equity group Dominvs is expected to invest £200m in four properties:
• Hilton's first Motto hotel, a 100-bedroom property in London's Marylebone set to open in 2020;
• The 145-bedroom St Paul's Creed Court Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton, opening at 3 Ludgate Hill in 2022;
• The 120-bedroom Hampton by Hilton London City (the former Arbor City hotel), expected to open in 2021;
• And its controversial 206-bedroom hotel development at the Bath College Allen Building will open as Hampton by Hilton Bath in 2022

Dominvs Group has more than 22 projects at various stages of development throughout the UK. Its collection of hotels includes properties in partnership with InterContinental Hotels Group at Aberdeen Airport (Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Express); and the Dixon, operating under Marriott International's Autograph Collection
Hilton operates more than 145 hotels in the UK under seven brands. It is set to open more than 35 hotels in the next two years in locations such as Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and London.
