Former Caprice Holdings man opens first solo restaurant

A former Caprice Holdings bar manager, Leon Costa, is to open his first solo restaurant later this year.

The Black Bream in Parsons Green, London, will be a modern British tapas restaurant with an extensive wine and cocktail list, with dishes such as lobster and langoustine burger, bream ceviche, Dover sole and chateaubriand.

The site will have 60 covers and is due to open in December.

The 1,473 sq ft venue at 177 New Kings Road is the first of a series of new venues planned by Costa's firm Gil to Fin Emporiums.

Property firm Cedar Dean Group helped to broker the deal.
