Emerald Hospitality Group to launch three sites in Fleet Street landmark

Emerald Hospitality Group, which operates Mayfair sites Zuaya and El-Notre, has announced plans to open three restaurants in the former Daily Telegraph building on London’s Fleet Street.

The group, which was founded by twins Arian and Alberto Zandi, has partnered with real estate investor Regis Group to operate at the art deco former office building, which is now known as Peterborough Court.

Details are vague on the concepts, though on the ground floor a restaurant called Casa Como is planned, which will take its Italian cues from the group’s Como Garden restaurant in Kensington. 

On the seventh floor will be a ‘theatrical steakhouse’, centred around a centrepiece clay grill in an open kitchen. Meanwhile, a Japanese concept and bar will feature on the eighth and ninth floors. The restaurants are due to open in late 2025.
