Andrew Blyth has been appointed general manager at QHotels' four-AA-star Dunston Hall in Norwich.
Set within 150 acres of parkland, the Elizabethan-style Dunston Hall features 166 bedrooms, a PGA-rated golf course, pool, spa, health club and restaurant.
Blyth joins the hotel with 30 years' hospitality experience, most recently looking after Holiday Inn properties in North Bristol and Essex as general manager.
In his new role he will lead a team of 150 staff.
Commenting on his appointment, Blyth said: "I'm relishing the opportunity to work within a luxury property that has so much to offer its guests.
"My passion is developing members of my team, so I'm looking forward to working with Dunston Hall's first-class employees, who are all focused on giving guests the best possible experience, whatever the reason for their visit."
The hotel is operated by independent hotel management company RBH.
