Dudson back on the table after Churchill acquisition

Churchill has announced that its Dudson tableware ranges, including Harvest Natural, Harvest Linen and Evo Origins, are back on sale.

Dudson was acquired by Churchill in April after the company went into administration. Churchill signed a contract for the Dudson brand name and intellectual property rights to the Harvest and Eco ranges.

Seventy-five lines have been manufactured in the UK at Churchill's factory and are now available from stock.

James Roper, sales and marketing director, said: "The Dudson brand adds an exciting new dimension to the Churchill portfolio. It is a well-respected brand internationally and will be a great asset to the Churchill business."'

Churchill's marketing director Sharon Heap added: "It was essential to turn around products as quickly as possible to ensure a smooth transition for Dudson customers. The factory and new product teams in Stoke-on-Trent were able to adopt new work processes, incorporate new machinery and get an additional 75 lines ready in little under eight weeks."
