Bar and restaurant group Drake & Morgan has announced the appointment of Graham Hall as director of operations.
Hall will be responsible for day-to-day operations, enhancing service standards and delivering growth for the group, which operates 23 bars across London, Edinburgh and Manchester.
He joins Drake & Morgan from Ennismore Restaurant Holdings, which owns the Hoxton, Gleneagles hotel and NoCo, where he was responsible for developing new restaurant brands, including Eggbreak and Tandoor Chop House.
Before moving to Ennismore, Hall held senior operational roles including operations director at All Star Lanes and managing director of the Gaucho-owned CAU restaurant group.
Drake & Morgan managing director Jillian MacLean said: "Graham brings with him a wealth of experience in the hospitality sector, including roll out and conceptual development of brands, project management, strategic planning and building sales and profits in a multi-site businesses. I look forward to him joining Drake & Morgan in our next stage of growth."

Craig Mayes, who was acting as interim operations director, has taken the role of project director.
