Restaurant group Dishoom saw turnover increase by 26.3% in 2018 as it continues to look for "appropriate opportunities" for expansion.
Financial results filed with Companies House showed that turnover for the seven-site group reached £45m, up from £35.6m the previous year.
Earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation reached £4.3m, up from £2.3m in 2017, and the group posted a pre-tax profit of £2.3m compared to £870,000 the previous year.
plans to undertake a major refurbishment of its original Covent Garden restaurant, including an expansion into the neighbouring former Jamie's Italian site.
The year had also seen the group reach a charitable milestone of five million meals donated to children across the UK and India.
