Delice de France demerges from Aryzta Group

Bakery specialist Delice de France has demerged from Aryzta, with a management buyout led by managing director, Thierry Cacaly, and his team: finance director Anthea Chia, sales operations director Jenny Bayliss, director of insights and strategy Max Hilton Jenvey, operations director Martin Sturgess and non-executive director Philippe Carrier.

Cacaly commented: “This bold move represents an outstanding milestone in the company’s 35-year history. I am delighted to confirm our ongoing exclusive relationship with Aryzta, which guarantees our customers the full range of products and services they currently enjoy from Delice de France.

“For the first time since 1984, when the company was founded; we have a passionate, focused and well-seasoned leadership team, who are dedicated to our customers and colleagues, driving innovation across all product categories and the business.

“What you will notice,” added Cacaly, “is the new look and feel of our customer-first strategy, on which I look forward to hearing your feedback.”
