Healthy food and juice chain Crussh has opened its first workplace catering site in the recently renovated Minster Building in the City of London.
The new site, which opened on 16 November, sees Crussh operating a ground-floor café offering juices, smoothies and a menu encompassing healthy breakfast pots and bagels, salads, wraps and healthy treats, as well as organic and Fairtrade coffee.
The Minster Building is managed by landlord Greycoat/Ivanhoe Cambridge with tenants including Tower Research, Make it Cheaper Group and Spaces.
Shane Kavanagh, chief executive of Crussh, said: "We are really excited by this opportunity to step into the world of workplace catering and help promote well-being and healthy living at the Minster building."
Founded in 1998 on Cornhill in London, Crussh has 34 stores across London. The group has franchise partnerships with caterers SSP and Sodexo, and a partnership with Everyone Active Leisure Operator, which saw the group's first site outside of London open at Westminster Lodge leisure centre in St Albans in July.
