Cotels has launched a fitness-focused serviced apartment concept called 7Zero1 in Milton Keynes.
Each apartment at the new flagship site at 701 South Fifth Street is equipped with Ninja blenders, yoga mats, hand weights and a Swiss ball, as well as smart TVs with full Sky Package. 7Zero1 has also partnered with the Fitness Space gym in Milton Keynes to offer guests special membership discounts.
Marcia Gomez, managing director of Cotels said: "Led by feedback from our existing guests, we have created 7Zero1 with a strong focus on wellbeing and fitness. This trend is as prominent as ever, particularly amongst business guests looking to combat the negative health effects that frequent travelling can incur."
The site is made up of one and two-bedroom apartments with two penthouse suites, Turing and Webber, named after key Milton Keynes figures Alan Turing and Melvin M Webber.
Guests are also provided with YourWelcome tablets full of local information, including maps, city guides and recommendations, and as well as being the company's first branded site, it will also house the new Cotels headquarters.
7Zero1 will operate under a leasing agreement with property development and management company Jadefine.
Established in 1997, serviced apartments company Cotels manages over 70 apartments across Milton Keynes, Northampton and Luton.
