Classeq prepares for reopening with warewasher development

Warewashing manufacturer Classeq has undergone a strategic review in the past 12 months to position the company strongly for the future.

The company has committed significant investment to the development and support of its core warewashing range throughout the Covid pandemic. Service engineers have been on call to visit sites where needed and keep customers' machines running smoothly.

Managing director Andy Salter said: “We want our customers, distributors and partners to know we’re here, we’re in good shape, and we’re ready to help them get back to business.

“The last year has been about ‘people, product and development’. With our priority being ‘safety first’ for our team and customers, we put measures in place to ensure total protection across every element of production and maintenance.

“This protection has extended to everything we do, and we have been proactive during the devastating fall in demand caused by the close-down of the hospitality industry, using that time wisely to ensure that this safety aspect extends into the future.

“All our machines have undergone micro-biological testing to reassure our customers (who are understandably concerned around levels of cleanliness) that Classeq machines leave every utensil, glassware and plate scrupulously clean.

“We believe the ‘bounce-back’ will be strong across our customers, with demand rising quickly in hospitality once doors are unlocked.

“The strategic refinement of our product range turns our attention back to what we do best. We provide British-manufactured, simple and robust glass and dishwashers to professional catering outfits across the world.”
