Boutique Hotel Group (BHG) has added a third property to its collection of Cheshire hotels with the acquisition of Inglewood Manor in Ledsham.
The 29-bedroom hotel, which was bought for an undisclosed, seven-figure sum, previously operated as the Inglewood Conference Centre with Tracy and Lisa Howard as directors.
Inglewood is now part of a portfolio of hotels that already includes two-red-AA-star properties: the 36-bedroom Nunsmere Hall in Northwich, which was bought out of administration for £5.35m in 2015, and the 48-bedroom Peckforton Castle, near Tarporley, which was acquired in 2006.
Christopher Naylor, managing director of BHG, which changed its name from Highwater Estates in 2016, said: âInglewood Manor represents the next step for Boutique Hotel Group's growth plans and we are honoured and excited to take control of this wonderful building.
"My family and I have over the previous 12 years developed a business model that we believe Inglewood Manor intrinsically fits.â
Property agent Lambert Smith Hampton handled the sale of Inglewood Manor.
