Chef-restaurateur Chantelle Nicholson is launching a winter pop-up in London’s Hackney called All’s Well, expected to open later this month.
Her Covent Garden restaurant Tredwells will remain open, but she said the additional three-month pop-up at 171 Mare Street would enable her to "preserve jobs, morale and positivity".
All’s Well will be a casual restaurant with sustainable cooking and dining at its core, a daily changing menu and organic wines. The menu will be vegetable-focused and make the most of small British producers.
Nicholson revealed earlier this year that she has been the sole owner of Tredwells for the last two years and plans to eventually move the concept to a new venue.
Having overseen the launch of Tredwells as part of Marcus Wareing Restaurants in 2014 and her appointment as its chef-patron in 2016, she has taken sole ownership of the restaurant.
