Caterer.com launches People Awards 2018

Job board Caterer.com has launched its People Awards, celebrating employers who do great work in recruiting, developing and retaining talent.

Hotel, restaurant, pubs and bar, and food service employers have until 25 June to make their nominations across 13 categories.

The awards recognise employers who have developed exceptional candidate experiences, on-boarding programmes and employee engagement, as well as celebrating HR and recruitment teams.

Last year both Dishoom and Leon took home two awards in recognition for their work in rewards and benefits, and employee engagement and on-boarding respectively.

Caterer.com is now seeking to celebrate similarly enlightened organisations.

Sales director Neil Pattison said: "The thriving hospitality industry is an ever-changing environment, with serious competition for talent.

"We know how hard it is for employers to attract, recruit and retain, so our Caterer.com People Awards highlight the employer initiatives that break new ground and demonstrate the spirit that makes the UK hospitality industry an incredible place to work."
