Neighbourhood cocktail bar Brick & Liquor is to open a second site in Clapham South, London.
The 50 cover, 1000 sq ft bar follows the launch of the group's Tooting Broadway in October 2016.
Opening in August, Brick & Liquor Clapham will be wet-led, with a cocktail menu including a salted caramel espresso martini and the Nine & A Half Weeks, a blend of Havana 3 rum, orange curacao, white vermouth and orange bitters.
Food will be focused around sharing, with dishes priced between £6 and £9. The menu takes influence from Europe and Asia, with dishes including chorizo arancini that is made up of hand crumbed risotto croquettes, stuffed with mozzarella, chorizo and served with home-made white truffle mayo.
A separate brunch menu will be offered on weekends, accompanied by prosecco cocktails and a special Bloody Mary menu.
Founder David Layton, a former hospitality professional at Novus Leisure & Inventive Leisure, has plans to roll out more neighbourhood bars in non-central London locations over the next 12 months.
Layton said: "The Brick & Liquor concept has been hugely successful in our first location in Tooting Broadway and we're hoping to replicate that success again in Clapham. We're proud to offer a level of hospitality rarely found outside the centre, and we're constantly on the lookout for new communities where we could make a great addition."
Designed by DesignAtSource, the aesthetic is inspired by Manhattan's East Village featuring original brickwork and reclaimed wood panelling, alongside brass fixtures, fittings and pendant lighting.
