Black and White Hospitality will operate the independently owned New Road hotel when it opens next month in Whitechapel, London.
The hotel will house London's first Mr White's English Chophouse, the Marco Pierre White franchise which specialises in steaks, grills and chops.
Independently owned by brothers Monsur, Masrur, and Moksud Malik, the 80-bedroom boutique hotel has been built on the site of an old textile factory where their father once worked, and is their first hotel.
Nick Taplin, chief executive of Black and White Hospitality, said: "The New Road hotel is definitely one of the most exciting and unique openings in the capital this autumn, and the hotel is a perfect fit for our brand."
Black and White Hospitality, of which Marco Pierre White is an active shareholder and investor, operates 10 hotels across the country, including the Doubletree by Hilton Bristol South, Hotel Indigo Birmingham, and Hampton by Hilton Sheffield. The company also owns the franchise rights to five Marco Pierre White restaurant brands, including Mr. White's English Chophouse.
