Today's prize in The Caterer‘s Big Christmas Giveaway is a double prize all in one place.
Brasserie Joël is a modern French brasserie located on the first floor of Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel, minutes from the vibrant South Bank in London. The restaurant is headed by Japanese French chef Walter Ishizuka who uses the highest quality, fresh and seasonal ingredients to create classic French dishes with a contemporary twist such as tuna tartare, ratatouille and boeuf bourguignon.
Readers of The Caterer can win a cooking masterclass (two hours) with executive chef Walter Ishizuka at Brasserie Joël and a three-course set dinner for two including a bottle of wine (sommelier's choice).
