Therefore, we have gathered some exciting new spirit releases for bars, pubs and restaurants. Find new spirit launches below.

Premium Australian vodka and gin

Midlands-based Brand Tap Bottling is bringing Vodka of the Sea and Gin of the Sea by Mother of Pearl Spirits from Australia to the UK market. The grape-based vodka, which marries minerality with a smooth, creamy finish, is also available packaged in Frugalpac’s ‘Frugal Bottle’, which is made from 94% recycled cardboard. The Gin of the Sea will be the first brand to use Frugalpac’s latest more sustainable and recyclable polyethylene-based mono-material pouch.

Price 70cl bottle, £24.75

Clear margaritas in a can

Mirror Margarita is launching its signature clear cocktail in a can. The mixologist behind the drink, Deano Moncrieffe, has created a balance of sweet and sour notes with a touch of grapefruit. The 10% abv drink is made using 100% Agave Blanco Cazcabel Tequila mixed with blended citrus oils and organic malic acid, which is naturally produced by the agave plant.

Price 150ml can, £2.70

Small batch English and Irish whiskies

Independent bottler the Heart Cut has added two spirits to its portfolio – #10 English single malt whisky in collaboration with White Peak Distillery in England, and #11 with JJ Corry, Ireland. The White Peak 55% abv single malt opens with a rich smokiness on the palate, followed by subtle sweetness of stewed plums and raspberry jam, rounded off with a hint of bacon, smoked blackberries and cola bottle sweets. The #11 JJ Corry 48% abv Irish whiskey, its first collaboration with an Irish whiskey, is reminiscent of ripe apricots and vanilla custard Danish with notes of lemon peel and almond.

Price #10 White Peak (50cl), £39.33

Canned cocktails for swift serves

Independent drinks business Global Brands has launched canned cocktail range Gather Gourmet Cocktails. The 150ml cans are available in five flavours, each with its own can design: Chocolate Honeycomb Espresso Martini (14.9% abv), Raspberry Ripple Daiquiri (13.6% abv), Caramelised Pineapple Rum Punch (13.3% abv), Spicy Mango Margarita (12.2% abv) and Salted Caramel Banana Colada (12% abv). The flavours are inspired by classic cocktails with a modern twist.
