With the demand for these types of beverages increasing, it’s ever more important for hospitality operators to keep up to date with the latest launches to ensure that guests reducing their alcohol consumption or avoiding booze altogether are well catered for.

Therefore we have rounded up the most innovative introductions in the alcohol alternatives and soft beverage market.

Find new non-alcoholic and soft drinks options below.

Lewis Hamilton’s non-alcoholic tequila

Almave, the alcohol-free spirit founded by Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, has introduced a Blanco flavour following last year’s Almave Ambar launch. Almave Bianco is designed to be mixed into alcohol-free cocktails and offers a naturally balanced sweetness against herbaceous agave. Much like tequila, the liquid is distilled from real agave in the Jalisco region of Mexico and is created using an entirely new process that’s based on age-old Mexican traditions.

Price 700ml bottle, from £16

Wonky fruit tonic and juice

Flawsome!, which creates drinks from ‘wonky’ and surplus fruits, has unveiled an Apple & Pumpkin Tonic, a sustainable twist on a classic mixer. It pairs well with spirits, low-alcohol or alcohol-free cocktails or as a standalone drink. The firm has also introduced Wonky Blackcurrant Waters, a blend of sweetness and tang. Available in eco-friendly cartons, the drink is made with 67% pressed apple juice, 8% blackcurrant juice and still water, plus a boost of vitamins C and D.

Price Pumpkin & Apple Tonic Water can, £1.59

Cornish alcohol-free lager

Cornish brewer Firebrand has introduced its first non-alcoholic lager, Little Wave. The vegan and gluten-free lager offers a taste that mirrors its alcoholic counterparts with a smooth, clean profile at 35 calories per can.

Price Case of 12 x 440ml cans, £17.85

Pure Dartmoor spring water

Luscombe Drinks has launched bottled water brand Dartmoor Spring. The new range, featuring both still and sparkling water, is available in 27cl bottles through Luscombe’s existing distribution network. Dartmoor Spring is sourced from a natural spring on the edge of Dartmoor National Park, situated on Luscombe’s farm, providing a soft water free from added fluoride and limescale and with a pH level of 7.3.

Price Case of 24 x 27cl bottles, £9

Grecian fig leaf soda

Three Cents has added a fig leaf soda to meet the on-trade’s demand for authentic and high-quality mixers. It can be served as part of an Americano when mixed with an Italian bitter and rosso vermouth, as well as complimenting tequila and whisky long drinks or enjoyed neat as a non-alcoholic option. Three Cents collaborated with a micro-community in Greece to harvest leaves of the Royal Fig, which are combined with other natural ingredients, without preservatives or artificial colourings. The result is a scent of fresh ripe figs on the nose and a sweet and fruity taste.

Price Case of 24 x 200ml bottles, £20.44
