BaxterStorey announces the appointment of Louise Denton and Eimear Hargaden to its company board.
Denton, who has been with BaxterStorey for 12 years, has been apponted to regional managing director of the company’s south-west region. Meanwhile Hargaden, who has spent 13 years at the business, will be regional managing director of the south-east of England.
Denton first worked as a general manager at a BaxterStorey location in London, before moving on to operations manager and then account director. Hargaden, meanwhile, has held various roles in retail management, project management and account management.
The contract caterer said these promotions support the company's ongoing commitment to developing its pipeline of internal talent, as well as supporting gender equality in the workplace.
The appointments take the company’s C-suite female ratio to 36%, with Denton and Hargaden joining Natalie Mainwaring and Nicola Pearce as other female leaders on the BaxterStorey board.
