A reshuffle of the senior management team at boutique B&I foodservice operator Artizian has seen founder Alison Frith take on the role of the group's managing director.
Previously MD for Artizian Catering Services, Frith will now oversee sister company Nutrition Bites, as well as Artizian Catering. In a company newsletter, she said the new role would allow her to visit sites more frequently, as well as supporting growth across the portfolio.
Andrew Botting will take on the role of Artizian Catering's managing director, while Matt Hart has returned to the business to serve as head of operations and business management.
It comes as the company continues to expand its 23-year history under Frith with no plans to be consolidated into larger players in the industry.
In June she told The Caterer: "We do receive approaches, but acquisition is not on our radar.
"We may think differently in years to come, but at present, health, opportunities, career progression and happiness are all on the 100% scale. Why change something that works so well?"
