Artfarm, the hospitality company behind Roth Bar & Grill, The Fife Arms hotel and Mount St restaurant, will open Farm Shop in London’s Mayfair on 15 November.
The opening, on the corner of South Audley Street and Aldford Street, will be the second farm shop for the company and will sell the same products as their Somerset Farm Shop at Durslade Farm in Bruton, with many coming from the 1,000 acre estate.
The site will also encompass a butchery room and a 40 cover eating and drinking space offering plates of charcuterie, cheese and accompanying products alongside an international 150 bin wine list.
Artfarm CEO Ewan Venters said: “Having been so warmly welcomed to Mayfair with the opening of The Audley, it felt right to open our first farm shop outside of Bruton in the same area. Farm Shop is a true community farm shop, celebrating the best farmers, growers and makers, and we look forward to bringing a taste of this incredible produce to London.”
Produce sold in the shop will include wine and cider made from fruit grown on the estate, and a variety of spirits that utilise by-products from Roth Bar & Grill alongside a wild food range created by Art Farm’s in-house forager Kenny Jelfs, as well as cheeses, honeycomb, condiments and finish-at-home meals.
The shop will also offer grab-and-go cheese toasties and hot beef sandwiches alongside coffee from south-west roastery Mozzo.
