Aquavit London director Wendy Haowei said: “We are delighted to welcome Giancarlo to our extended Aquavit family in London. His extensive experience in some of the city’s most prolific restaurants and hotels will bring fresh perspective and expertise, and we are excited to see him take the reins of the day-to-day team.”
Princigalli added: “Aquavit is internationally renowned for its exciting and elevated cuisine, and it’s a real honour to be working with the team at this Michelin-starred London restaurant. I look forward to helping to further enhance its reputation as one of the UK’s finest Nordic restaurants.”
