BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals competition is back for its 15th series with applications now open.
The contest is judged by chefs Marcus Wareing and Monica Galetti, with Greg Wallace presenting. Entrants must be professional chefs aged 20 or over as of 1 May 2022, have the right to live and work in the UK and have worked for at least two years as a chef in a professional kitchen and/or have an NVQ Level 3 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent.
Previous finalists include Louisa Ellis, Gary Maclean, Santosh Shah, William Chilila, Adam Handling and Elly Wentworth, with private chef Daniel Lee most recently crowned winner in 2021.
