The East London Pub Company has fallen into administration but confirmed its four sites will continue to “trade as usual”.

The Company was founded by Patrick Frawley with the launch of its first pub, the Ten Bells in Spitalfields (pictured), in 2014.

It has since expanded into four pubs, including the Lock Tavern in Chalk Farm, the Gun in Spitalfields, and most recently the Saxon in Clapham.

According to documents filed on Companies House, Frawley’s appointment as director was terminated on 16 November.

A spokesperson from Kroll confirmed: “Sarah Rayment and Janet Burt of Kroll were appointed as joint administrators of East London Taverns Limited, East London Pub Co Limited, Lock Tavern Limited, Clapham Tavern Limited, Gun Tavern Limited on 16 November 2023.

“The business of the Companies continue to trade as usual especially in the lead up to the busy Christmas period.”
