Adam Thomason appointed executive head chef of Genuine Dining Co

Adam Thomason has been appointed executive head chef of the Genuine Dining Co.

He had previously worked for Compass' Restaurant Associates as executive head chef of Deloitte where he oversaw 30 chefs covering different departments, including fine dining.

Chris Mitchell, managing director of Group Genuine said: "We are delighted Adam is joining us. I've had the pleasure of getting to know him over the past couple of months, tasting his food and finding out what motivates him. Thomason, a holder of the Master of Culinary Arts added: "I am so excited to take on the role of executive head chef for Group Genuine. Their food ethos runs deep within their culture, and with a team of talented development chefs and genuine foodies, we can grow the and push innovations in the kitchen while working with as many British suppliers as possible."

In awarding him a Foodservice Catey in October 2018 judges praised Thomason's incredible 100% staff retention and the impressive work he had undertaken in coaching his chefs to bring out the best of their skills.
