Tired of your usual gin or vodka martinis? This tipple, created by Liam Evans, the beverage director at CiCi’s bar, uses tequila with a herby infusion. The olive oil topping marries together that fresh flavour for a smooth finish.
50ml rosemary infused tequila
10ml Manzanilla sherry
2 dash orange bitters
1tsp high quality olive oil (we use OMED Smoked Olive oil)
For the rosemary infused tequila infused 3x sprigs of rosemary in per 700ml bottle for 5 hours
