The Lexicon Bracknell, a £240m development in Berkshire, opens today offering more than 20 food and drink venues.
The 580,000 sq ft development houses restaurants such as Bill's; Blue's Smokehouse; Carluccio's; Gourmet Burger Kitchen; Greggs; Nando's; Patisserie Valerie and Pizza Express.
Drinks offerings include three Costa Coffees, a Coffee Republic and the Bull pub, which Young's acquired in July.
Fuego, a Mediterranean wine bar and restaurant, offers tapas, charcuterie and hand-stretched pizzas alongside cocktails, wines and craft beers.
Mason + Rye is Fenwick's bakery-patisserie-café. It offers fresh artisan baked goods which are baked in store daily.
The Lexicon Bracknell was developed by the Bracknell Regeneration Partnership with Bracknell Forest Council as part of the £768m regeneration project of the borough.
It also includes retailers such as Next, River Island, Pandora, Kiko Milano, Beaverbrooks, and a 12-screen Cineworld multiplex.
