Chef-restaurateur Jason Atherton's new London restaurant, set to open in the Nova development in Victoria in February 2017, is to be called Hai Cenato.
The group's first Italian restaurant, Hai Cenato means "have you had dinner?" in Italian. It will be the second collaboration between Jason and his wife Irha and chef-patron Paul Hood, who also heads up the Michelin-starred Social Eating House.
James Brown, currently senior sous chef at Social Eating House, will also be joining the Hai Cenato team as head chef.
The restaurant will also feature the Drunken Oyster bar, overseen by group bar executive Jamie Jones, serving Italian cocktails with a twist.
Dishes at the restaurant will be inspired by New York-Italian cuisine, and the menu will span small plates, pasta and risotto, grills and pizzas made in the restaurant's own custom-built pizza ovens.
Hai Cenato will be joined by another 18 new restaurants at Nova, including Bone Daddies, Jamie Oliver's Barbecoa, D&D London's Aster, Shake Shack, and Franco Manca.
Nova Victoria, developed by Land Securities, lies between Buckingham Palace Road and Bressenden Place, close to Victoria Station, Buckingham Palace and the Royal Parks.
