Brasserie Blanc

Brasserie Bar Co will be focusing on expanding its pub division and strengthening its freehold estate, as well as “trialling” the pub with rooms market, executive chairman Mark Derry said in the group’s most recent financial results.

Mark Derry, executive chairman of Brasserie Bar Co, which operates the Brasserie Blanc and White Brasserie restaurant brands, has said the group is “exceptionally well capitalised” and expressed confidence in the business’s success.
