Stonegate Pub Company acquires three Faucet Inn pubs

Stonegate Pub Company has acquired three pubs from Faucet Inn for an undisclosed sum.

The three pubs comprise of one freehold and two leasehold sites: the Catcher in the Rye, Finchley; College Arms, Central London; Compton's Soho, London. The acquisition is being funded out of cashflow.

Following the acquisition, Stonegate will operate 693 venues including Slug & Lettuce and Yates.

Over the past three years, Stonegate has acquired 78 sites from Bramwell, 15 sites from Maclay's and 52 pubs from Tattershall Castle Group. Most recently, the Group has completed the acquisition of 10 sites from JD Wetherspoon as well as purchasing 30 bars from iNTERTAIN (Walkabout).
