Four-star hotel suspected in e-coli outbreak Three people were being treated in hospital yesterday after an E coli outbreak at a Scottish hotel. Another patient is being treated at home after cases of the potentially deadly E coli 0157 bug were confirmed in Aberdeen. All four fell ill after eating at the city's four-star Atholl Hotel. New Accor hotel brand aims for 10,000rooms Accor, the French hotelier, said it has launched its All Seasons budget hotel brand in France and the rest of Europe and aims to expand it to 10,000 rooms in Europe by 2010, including 7,000 in France. Two new hotels planned for Heathrow Terminal 5 Lord Laidlaw, one of Scotland's richest men, has formed a £70m joint venture with construction company Rokeby Developments to build two hotels with 400 and 200 beds at Heathrow Airport. Man dies in Blackpool hotel fire
A man has died after a blaze broke out at the Manor hotel on Blackpool promenade and several surrounding hotels were also evacuated.
