Riesling wine

Steak, I cannot live without it

My grandmother was one of the best chefs I've ever known

Athens and Barcelona in February

What irritates you most about the industry?

When people don't understand how much effort is behind a dish. I also don't like how people think chefs are always screaming at their staff instead of inspiring and motivating the whole team, including waiters, runners and kitchen porters

I love hamburgers, I had one yesterday with a lobster topping
