Zest Quest Asia secures support from catering companies

Chef competition Zest Quest Asia has secured its future with support from 13 of the catering industry's forward-thinking companies.

Tilda Rice and Cavity Protection Systems and the Hilton London Heathrow T5 have renewed their top-tier support and will once again host the Gala Dinner and finals in February 2015.

Cyrus Todiwala, chef patron of Café Spice Namaste, said: "I am amazed at the response of the industry to Zest Quest Asia, which really is still in its infancy. But the quality of our sponsors proves that the competition strikes a chord among stakeholders in the future of Asian cuisine. I'm really grateful and now it remains for colleges to get their entries in.

The closing date for entries to Zest Quest Asia is 5 December 2014. The competition is open to all students who have permanent residency in the UK. Zest Quest Asia is organised in association with the Master Chefs of Great Britain.

Entry forms and more information about the competition can be found at www.zestquestasia.com
