WMF reveals the latest addition to its portfolio of ‘new generation' machines at Hotelympia

The WMF 1500S is to launch at Hotelympia and joins the 8000S, launched at the end of 2013, as part of WMF's new generation bean to cup machines.

The 1500S maintains WMF's offer of a consistently high quality coffee, achievable through intuitive machine operation and enhanced technology and will eventually replace he presto!, one of WMF's most successful machines.

Designed in the same style as the 8000S, with the revolutionary 8" LCD MMI screen for operator interaction, the 1500S will be eye-catching and functional, and will offer some of the same features, but from a much smaller footprint; the WMF 1500S measures just 325mm wide.

With a hot and cold drinks capability it will enhance the environment of the smaller operation, whether located front or back of house (the touch screen makes it is ideally suited to self-service) and will make the selection of a drink effortless for consumer or catering operator.

As with all WMF automatic bean to cup coffee machines, the operator can bespoke it to suit their requirements; some of the options of the 1500S are: you can select from different combinations of up to three hoppers and up to two grinders, one or two spouts, it comes with a steam arm, it has the same high performance brewer as the presto! and it also benefits from a height adjustable spout (with a clearance of up to 175mm), Easy Milk and selectable mood lighting.

The 1500S has a recommended hourly output of up to 180 cups and comes packaged as a highly attractive machine, with a small footprint, delivering outstanding performance, choice and quality.
