Wireless monitoring on Cooktek servery tops from MCS

Two-way wireless communication between chafing dishes and serving tops ensures constant temperatures on Cooktek servery tops now available here from MCS Technical Products. The system consists of induction surfaces suitable for drop-in to any counter-top or servery plus specially designed chafing dishes, available in a range of models and sizes.

SmarTag Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags fixed to the dishes enable them to communicate directly with the induction surface for exact temperature levels, which are displayed on LCD screens. Specific holding temperatures can be set for individual induction stations and adjusted simply by sliding a finger across the capacitive touch controls.

With no gas or open flame, the system provides surfaces which always remain safely cool to the touch as well as energy-efficient. The induction surface also automatically shuts off when no chafing dish is detected.
