Waste-Works event to focus on food waste

A new exhibition dedicated to reducing waste in the food and drink industry will launch in 2015.

Waste-Works will take place at ExCeL London on 22-25 March alongside IFE, the international food & drink event, and Pro2Pac, the food and drink sector packaging event.

Corby Ganesh, event director at show organiser Fresh Montgomery, said: "We are launching Waste-Works to provide the food and drink industry with the knowledge and solutions to continue the progress already being made in reducing waste.

"There are thousands of small to medium food businesses in the UK that have a genuine interest in reducing the waste they produce and improving efficiency, but don't know where to start."
