Veggie variety from Brakes

Variety for vegetarians is the thrust of two new time-saving pre-prepared dishes from Brakes. The Fully Baked Jacket Potato Halves with Butter can be reheated from frozen in 25 minutes for use as an accompaniment, a snack or a child's menu item.
A version with cheese and onion is also available, and both are sold in packs of 20. The second offering, Ratatouille Rosti, brings a taste of the Mediterranean.
It combines roasted red and yellow peppers, onions, aubergines and courgettes in a rich tomato sauce topped with a cheese ršsti potato and is sold in packs of 2 x 1.36kg.
