Two new compact refrigerators from Gram

Two new refrigeration cabinets have been added to Gram's Compact range.

Models 210 and 410 join the existing 610 and both feature an air distribution system that is designed to maintain a uniform temperature throughout. Cold air is directed down the air distribution plate positioned at the back of the cabinet, where it circulates around the cabinet and back to the evaporator fan at the top.

Model 410 consumes as little as 256kWh per year, which qualifies it for the Carbon Trust's Energy Technology List.

Thanks to an outside width of 60mm and a depth of 64mm, the full Compact range is suitable for kitchens with restricted space. Cabinets can either be built under counters, stacked on top of each other or wall-mounted.

An easy-to-use control system features in-built alarms and emergency programs to alert caterers of unsuspected temperature changes to minimise the risk of food spoiling.
