The new Tomato and Mozzarella Mille-feuille from Traiteur de Paris is a modern twist on a classic flavour combination. The cold starter is made from mozzarella slices, tartare of tomatoes and a basil and spinach filling and can be served with a salad, a trickle of balsamic vinegar and some coriander seeds. To serve, simply thaw for four hours at 4°C.
The mille-feuilles are sold frozen in boxes of 16 x 90g and can be stored for up to a year.
