This week's new products: Jude's no added sugar ice-cream, Skalpel steak knives and Brindisa hot sauces

Jude's has launched its first no added sugar and vegan range. The ice-cream contains the sugar content naturally found in cow's milk, coconut milk and vegetable fibre, as well as natural sweeteners stevia and erythritol. Flavours to foodservice include vanilla, chocolate and coconut.

FEM has launched the new Cambro Pro Cart Ultra with dual compartments, available in electric and non-electric models. It can hold up to 20 GN 1/1 food pans, 14 baking trays, 14 large pizza boxes or 14 full-size sheet pans.

FriFri has a new high-performance electric griddle available as either a 400mm- or 800mm-wide unit, featuring a high-specification, flat-bar element which transfers heat efficiently to the griddle plate, and a precise thermostatic control up to 300°C for consistent results.

The new Skalpel steak knives are made by Stuart Mitchell, who makes each knife from scratch in Sheffield. The knives are made from high-carbon, surgical-grade stainless steel to ensure they stay sharper for longer, and are just over 20cm long and 8mm thick. The design features a smooth-edge blade.

Raisthorpe Manor Fine Foods has created a range of fruit-flavoured and premium Yorkshire Tonics, including premium tonic water, citrus, strawberry and pomegranate, pink grapefruit and apple,
and elderflower.

Falcon has launched the F900 Series flexi-pan E9941 compact model, measuring just 400mm wide with no need for plumbing. The multifunctional unit can shallow-fry, griddle, boil, stew, poach, braise and steam.

National wholesaler JJ Foodservice has a new signature range of frozen burgers, including gourmet burgers available in 5oz, 6oz and 8oz sizes, and Texan burgers available in 4oz and 6oz sizes.

Spanish food wholesaler Brindisa has two new hot sauces from small producer Salsa Bastarda, based in Northern Spain. The Bastarda green hot sauce has a fresh, slightly sharp aroma, with fruity touches of spice and a lingering, moderately hot finish. The Bastarda red hot sauce has a more rounded flavour with notes of ripe tomato and a late-arriving heat.
